Roller Skating Nationals 2020-21 Announced

58TH ROLLER SKATING NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP 2020-21

Good news for all skaters. RSFI Roller skating federation of India recently announced a Nationals of 58th Roller Skating championship 2020-21 to be held at Mohali from 31st March to 10th April 2021.

Many skaters were waiting for this announcement and many were thinking that may be this year, RSFI will not organize any Nationals due to COVID-19 outbreak in India and Abroad. Many states/Cities have not yet started practice to keep the children safe from the disease. Whereas many states have already started practicing the same.

We believe that this time it will be quite interesting to see the competition because many good player might not perform well due to lack of practice but still it will be a good to watch competition.

The RSFI has not prepared the schedule of the competition as yet and we will be sharing it once we receive the same from the authorities.

The state federations has already been told to conduct state level competitions before 10th of March and the details of selected players to be submitted with RSFI before 20th of March as per the current notification.

Below are other conditions to be fulfilled by Players/Coaches before participating in 58th Roller Skating Nationals.

  • Players whose entries are not uploaded at RSFI portal before 20th March will not be able to participate in the Nationals.
  • All the State team players, with coaches & officials, must wear the state team dress code in the Inaugural n Closing Ceremony.
  • Speed skaters, Roller/Inline Hockey, Roller Derby team players must wear their state team dress only. No other dress will be allowed.
  • All the coaches & managers must wear the state team dress with their ID card during the championships.
  • Every player must wear the ID card (Especially in the Sports arena).
  • Federation may randomly take a dope sample of any player during or before the Championship.
  • Team manager & coaches must ensure that none of the team members is violating the above-said rules & regulations.
  • All the players must maintain a proper code of conduct throughout the championship (even on the social media, any posts against championship will not be entertained)
  • All the managers can take their regular report from the championship office & update their team members & state officials.
  • Skater Must Carry Sanitizer And Put On Their Mask Regularly Also maintain distance at the Rink, Carry Their Personal Water Bottles, Skaters Are Requested to reach the centre at their allotted timings only.
